Rental Products (Everyday Boxes / Memberships / One-Time Rentals)
All rental orders are non-refundable. La Belle Bump does not offer cash or card refunds for rental products.
Everyday Boxes / Memberships
Memberships include unlimited exchanges, allowing you to refresh your items throughout your rental period.
If a membership or Everyday Box is canceled before the first shipment, the initial payment will be issued as store credit (less any non-refundable payment processing fees). Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date issued.
One-Time Rentals (including Special Occasion)
If a one-time rental item does not fit, a store credit for the rental item price only (excluding shipping and processing fees) will be issued.
Fit issues must be communicated via email to hello@labellebump.com within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Processing Fees
Payment processing fees charged by our payment providers are non-refundable and will be deducted from any issued store credit. This applies to all canceled or adjusted orders.
Purchased Items (Non-Rental)
Purchased (non-rental) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Items must be returned in original packaging
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, a store credit will be issued for the item value (excluding original shipping and processing fees).
Items that are damaged, worn, or missing original components may receive partial store credit or be deemed ineligible.
Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
Exchanges for Purchased Items
We replace purchased items only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt and if email is sent within 48 hours of receipt of purchased item(s).

Gifts & Gift Cards
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, approved returns will be issued as store credit.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Shipping & Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (for non rental items).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
